At the beginning of 2012, the EVS team decided to take on a number of challenges based on fitness and self improvement. The immediate challenge was weight loss and 9 members of the EVstudio family decided to take it on.
The 16-week challenge was based on percentages with each person starting at 100%. On Monday of each week we put our new weight percentage into a chart and compared. We also had one contrarian who had a goal of gaining weight from his lightweight beginnings.
At the end of 16 weeks, each participant had lost 3-15% of their weight. While we didn’t take weights in pounds, the rough guess is that we lost over 160 pounds collectively.
The next EVstudio 2012 challenge is a fourteener hike in late summer!
