EVStudio Commences First Student Housing Project in Colorado Springs

EVstudio and Newsome Development have commenced the Cragmor Village Road Residence student housing center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The 167 bed private development will serve the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and will help alleviate the shortage of near-to-campus housing options for the UCCS students.  Sited along a ridgeline overlooking campus and surrounded by native trees, the Cragmor Village Residence will provide students not only with the comforts of home, but also awe inspiring vistas of Pikes Peak and beyond.

The five story, wood-framed building will provide a mix of one bedroom apartments up to 4 bedroom suites each with a private bathroom per bedroom.  A client driven parking ratio of 1 parking stall per 1 bedroom, guarantees each resident their own parking space. Due to the demanding terrain on and around campus, this building is among the first to built adjoining the UCCS campus, and offers everything that a 21st century housing complex should provide.
