I went to the Magner Duplex for a Foundation Wall Observation. Though it isn’t much to see now, these images are always interesting to look back at. Mike and Kate are acting as owner/builders on the duplex near Sloan’s Lake with the assistance of HomeWrights. One side is for sale if you know anyone looking.
Obviously this isn’t in the portion of the neighborhood that was recently downzoned.
We typically come out to look over the footings before they are poured and again before the walls are poured.
