Ian Paulin – Architectural Project Manager

I have successfully managed multiple million-dollar projects. I take great pride in being able to be flexible and reliable among our Central Texas customers. I have designed and greatly contributed towards a variety of different project types including medical clinics, business centers and retail centers but custom single family homes holds the bulk of my experience and enjoyment in creative styling while working with clients. I truly enjoy the feeling of accomplishment knowing the client is satisfied with the plans I have created for them and ultimately, the finished product, their home.

I have been located in the Central Texas area for approximately 11 years now. Over the years prior to EVstudio I spent much of my career in various building and construction fields, which led to my aspirations in design and architecture. I enjoy spending much of my free time out exploring all Texas has to offer, usually with my 10 year old son, who I spend as much time with as possible.
