Matt Svoboda, Architect
Matt is an architect with over eleven years of experience planning and designing projects of varying scales from large community recreation centers and municipal justice facilities to local libraries and custom housing. Employing a passion for details, extensive building knowledge and a history of success, Matt has been chosen to manage the construction administration of over one million square feet of complex buildings.
Matt also leads the EVstudio team developing BIM and Revit standards and has completed projects in several CAD platforms, adapting to meet the needs of the design team and the client.
For Matt, being from a military family constantly on the move helped to create an appreciation for the new and a strong ability to adjust to circumstances and the parameters of existing conditions. With many additions and massive renovations under his belt, Matt has proven to be able to create new work in harmony with context.
Matt is a licensed Architect in the State of Colorado who lives in Arvada with his wife, two kids and two dogs.
