Rich Muller – Architect

Rich has fifteen years of experience in the architectural and engineering fields. After a career of rewarding work, innovative product design and U.S. patents – in solid state physics – Rich decided to change careers and follow his lifelong dream of being an architect.

Recognizing the lackluster state of the multi-family experience, after re-graduating, Rich chose to concentrate on multi-family architecture. Intent on elevating the standard expectations for the multi-family tenant, Rich worked tirelessly with developers to reassess their product offerings. Meeting initial resistance, Rich was able to demonstrate that great design need not break the bank and, more importantly, that great design sells. The results of Rich’s effort along with his peers can now be seen across the country as the development community is providing tenants with never seen before features that embody 21st century ideas.

Rich and Monika now have three little kids – 4, 3, and 2 years old. He and his family recently moved to Colorado from Houston, Texas and are re-learning how to drive in snow, ski and enjoy the great outdoors.
