I am honored to announce that EVstudio has hired my former colleague and good friend: Nathan Laudick. He and I worked together for 2 years at Jehn Engineering. We have also found many opportunities to play around Colorado outside of work.
I am very excited that he is on board and will be helping me build a rock star Civil Team here at EVstudio. Additionally, I can assure everyone he will be a valuable asset as we develop a top notch system of procedures for coordinating designs between Civil3D and Revit.
Nathan is an EI with project experience in residential, commercial, & industrial land development projects, including several municipal projects, across the Front Range and North Dakota. Originally from Ohio, Nathan worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers for two years after graduating college. There he gained experience designing river and stream bank restoration projects. He was a member of emergency teams that tackled river bank failure projects along the Ohio River.
After two years at the Corps of Engineers, Nathan and his wife, Lana, moved to Lana’s hometown of Goiania, Brazil. While there, Nathan achieved a life-long goal of becoming bi-lingual. He also found a new interest of designing and building vertical gardens.
After living in Brazil, Nathan moved to the Denver Area. Over the last two years he has gained a vast amount of experience in design for land development. He has seen many different land development projects from initial design to project completion. His experience includes preparing master stormwater and sanitary sewer reports, designing diverse storm drainage solutions, designing pump stations, grading & laying out utilities for entire subdivisions, and individual plots.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys backpacking and camping in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. He is an avid traveler and has visited over 40 countries around the world.
Please join me in welcoming Nathan to the team! Oh, and by the way, he and his lovely wife are expecting a baby in September and have elected not to discover if its a boy or girl. Congrats Nathan!
