Amherst Madison is a new construction office building located off of Benjamin in Boise. The building is 2 stories and 13,745sf. 11,250sf of the building is to be occupied by a real estate office with unique and flexible office space, featuring a variety of work spaces such as sound booths, conference rooms, training rooms, and a cafe space.
Private offices are located on the perimeter of the 2nd floor and a large open work area is located in the center on the second floor. The exterior of the building includes a mix of stucco, CMU, aluminum storefront window systems, and steel canopies. The building is currently under construction with an estimated completion date May 2020.
