Gwyn is an architect with a passion for modular design. A general contractor’s daughter, she grew up with first-hand experience in the world of construction. She learned early on that not all designs work in the field the way they work on paper. This foundation has given her an edge on making smarter design decisions that are practical, constructible, and appealing for end-users.
Gwyn’s master’s thesis was focused on panelized housing to help rebuild after a wildfire. The goal was to create a quicker, more fire-resistant method of building than traditional construction. This reduces the need for skilled trades on site and allows people to return to their lives sooner.
Gwyn grew up in Colorado. She loves to hike and play volleyball when she isn’t working on her latest designs.
