The Boise Regional Realtors association needed a new headquarters office to accommodate the growing needs of the staff and local network of Realtors in the growing Treasure Valley market. Project goals included more classroom and meeting space, more parking, and modern amenities and technology to accommodate industry trainings and gatherings. The office has a variety of exterior materials, including brick, stucco, concrete-look fiber cement, and timber tech wood siding that complement each other and accentuate the architectural features of the building. This variety anchors it in the development in which it is located while allowing it to distinguish itself with contemporary accents. The design went through a stringent review process with the leadership of the development to ensure it is in keeping with the quality and character goals of the associated properties. In addition to this, the City of Meridian has their own design review process to ensure the project meets all of the adopted City standards to ensure the built environment enhances the character of the City.
