Professional Background:
Mason brings extensive experience in the A/E/C industry. He helped grow a firm from a 110–person firm to over 350 employees, and most recently led recruiting efforts across the Western U.S. for a top 75 AEC firm, including nationwide college recruitment. He also holds several professional certifications in recruiting, including in diversity/inclusion and military transition, and in 2022 the recruiting team he led was ranked #8 internationally for Candidate Experience by The Talent Network.
As an internally driven recruiter, he puts a strong emphasis on building a relationship together by uncovering people’s values, personal aspirations, long–term goals, and next career move. His start began in campus recruitment, then to a high–volume manufacturing environment, and now working within the Architecture/Engineering industry. His strengths include: full–cycle recruiting, M&A integrations, strategic sourcing, data analysis, and relationship management helping companies become stronger and more tightly–knit by placing the right people, with the right skills, on the right teams.
Personal:
Outside of work, Mason has a wide range of passions: soccer, sci-fi, retro video games, international travel, Jeeping through the Rockies, his dog, and most importantly, his wife. He was born and raised in a small farming community north of Pensacola, Florida.
