Gramercy Medical Offices is a shell and core medical office building located in Meridian, Idaho. We worked with a repeat client that is active in developing the Gramercy Subdivision. The building includes four tenant suites, a large shared lobby, and centralized restrooms. This layout offers a flexible space for a variety of healthcare and professional tenants.
The exterior matches the established architectural character of the Gramercy Subdivision. We accomplished this by using a palette of light tan and brown stucco, red brick, and midnight bronze metal accents.
Following the completion of the core and shell, our team provided tenant improvement services for each occupant. Each interior layout was tailored to meet the specific functional and aesthetic needs of the tenants.
