Thomas Pannell is the Director of Civil at EVstudio, bringing over 15 years of experience in civil land development and infrastructure design. His career spans a diverse range of project types, including complex railroad yards on military bases, large-scale infrastructure, and single-family residential developments across the Mountain West.
Thomas’s work is grounded in practical, constructible solutions that balance technical rigor with long-term performance. His broad project experience allows him to navigate projects at all scales while effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, agencies, and stakeholders. In his role as Director of Civil, Thomas supports the strategic growth of EVstudio’s Civil team, emphasizing quality, consistency, and collaboration across integrated architecture and engineering services.
PERSONAL
Originally raised in Montana, Thomas is a proud father of two young boys and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors. He has a passion for mountain activities, working on motor vehicles, and exploring new places through travel. One of the most impactful trips he has taken was to New Zealand, where the dramatic changes in ecosystems over short distances left a lasting impression and deepened his appreciation for natural landscapes.
