Arista Apartments are located in Broomfield, Colorado. EVstudio completed the Structural Engineering on this project.
The project consists of four buildings with a total of 325 units highlighted below and parking on the ground level for a portion of each building. Unit square footage is approximately 95,000sf for Building 1, 88,500sf for Building 2, 75,000sf for Building 3, and 46,000sf for Building 4, with additional square footage for parking at in each building. Buildings will vary between four- and five-stories and will step in elevation across the site. The scope is limited to eight different unit types.
Also included at Arista Apartments are four standalone one-story garages (approximately 1,500-2,000sf each), an 8,315sf leasing office, a 1,100sf carwash and maintenance building, and a 780sf trash enclosure.
