PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Ethan Cranmer is an Architectural Drafter with EVstudio’s Production Studio, where he supports the design and documentation of residential projects, with a focus on single-family homes. He brings a strong interest in residential design and a growing technical foundation to the team.
Ethan is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder’s Environmental Design (Architecture) program. Prior to joining EVstudio, he gained experience working as a Landscape Designer in the Boulder County area, as well as a Facility Designer at HDR in Denver. These roles provided him with a well-rounded understanding of site design, planning, and coordination across disciplines.
He is currently working toward architectural licensure and is eager to continue developing his skills within EVstudio’s integrated, multidisciplinary environment.
Originally from Windham, New Hampshire, Ethan grew up surrounded by a mix of contemporary and colonial homes, which sparked his early interest in residential architecture. This influence continues to shape his passion for designing single-family homes, a goal he has pursued since childhood.
PERSONAL:
Outside of the office, Ethan enjoys a mix of design inspiration and pop culture. One of his favorite guilty pleasure movies is Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which even inspired the nickname of his cat, “Nibbles,” after one of the film’s memorable characters.
