The ideal candidate is an experienced architect who:

- is experienced at managing all phases of the project life-cycle.
- is capable of developing thought-provoking design for buildings with various uses.
- can demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, communication, and people skills.
- enjoys mentoring less experienced architectural staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture or related experience
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience
- Licensure preferred
- Revit experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment
