EVstudio provided MEP and Structural Engineering services for an existing building to convert it to a brewery and restaurant in Denver, Colorado. The project includes 2,300 sq.ft. of restaurant space, 2,300 sq.ft. of brewery and bar space, and a new 350 sq.ft. Mezzanine. The old foundation, brick walls, and limited expansion space has given EVstudio’s engineering team an opportunity to get creative with the challenges presented by the building itself. Using Navisworks, our designers are able to provide our client with superior 3-D schematic designs of the mechanical, electrical, and structural components to help with clash detection.
