Bellevue Towers Apartments are a thoughtfully designed apartment community located in Nampa, Idaho. Our team provided architectural and engineering services for this multi-building residential development, which includes a total of 44 apartment units spread across eight structures. Four of the buildings feature five units each, while the remaining four contain six units each, creating a balanced and cohesive site layout. Constructed using wood framing, the buildings meet type V-B construction standards.
Bellevue Towers were designed as a two-story residence, ideal for families and individuals seeking both space and functionality. Individual units consists of 3 bedroom and two and a half bathroom. The ground floor includes the garage and main living areas, promoting easy access and daily convenience. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms provide a quiet and private space. This clear separation of living and sleeping zones enhances comfort and livability.
