EVstudio has partnered with the Evergreen-based Blue Spruce Habitat for Humanity on multiple impactful projects across Jefferson and Clear Creek Counties. Over the years, seven homes have been built using a base plan of 1,075 sq ft, featuring a single-story layout with a crawl space, including a covered porch, open living, dining, and kitchen areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. Each design is thoughtfully modified to meet the unique needs and conditions of the site, ensuring functionality and comfort for the families who call these homes theirs.
