Crown Pointe Academy

Crown Pointe Academy, a Colorado public charter school, is developing a 26,000-square-foot educational facility dedicated to students from Pre-K through 2nd grade. The new building has been thoughtfully designed to provide a rich, functional learning environment tailored to young learners. EVstudio collaborated closely with the school’s director, assistant principals, systems administrators, and teachers to create a program that aligns with the school’s educational goals while fostering an engaging and supportive atmosphere for its future users.

This comprehensive project involved EVstudio’s full suite of services, including civil, architectural, structural, and MEP engineering. Our team supported the academy through every phase of the process—from early design concepts and property acquisition to the approval of the Official Development Plan (ODP) and preparation of detailed construction documents. The result is a purpose-built facility that reflects the school’s vision and provides a strong foundation for its youngest students’ educational journeys.
