The Evergreen Mercantile Building is located in scenic Evergreen, Colorado. The Mercantile underwent a drastic transformation from a warehouse space with solid concrete tilt-up exterior walls to an open mixed-use retail and office space with new storefront openings and a covered walkway. To keep construction on schedule and tenants open for business the project was completed in phases. The Upper Level includes newly remodeled restrooms and over 4,000 sq.ft. of updated office space.
