We worked with WestPark Comany, Inc to design-build the Lavender Heights Poolhouse. The poolhouse is a community amenity building located in Meridian, Idaho, serving the residents of Lavender Heights. The structure includes restrooms, pool equipment and storage rooms, and supports a large pool deck and swimming pool.
An arched entrance creates a welcoming entry into the pool area and poolhouse. A long, narrow footprint runs along the east edge of the pool, maximizing space and access. The exterior materials reflect the community’s style with natural tones and textures. Finishes include stone veneer, light brown fiber cement shingles, dark brown board and batten, and white horizontal lap siding.
The poolhouse is constructed with Type V-B wood framing.
