EVstudio designed a two-story, 3,500-square-foot neighborhood clubhouse for Providence Village in Sterling Ranch, creating a central hub that enhances the community’s lifestyle. The complex features a main building with a grand hall, sitting areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and fitness facilities, providing versatile spaces for social gatherings and daily activities. Two pavilions are connected by breezeways, offering additional outdoor areas for relaxation and events, all of which complement and support the community’s pool area.
