Roosevelt 805 is a modern condo development located in Boise, Idaho, featuring 12 residential units above a partially sub-grade parking garage. Our design team provided architectural, interior, mechanical, and civil services. The project includes the full demolition of an existing structure, making way for the new four-story condo building designed with a unique stepped form and angled wall geometry.
Exterior materials include dark thin brick, dark gray horizontal lap siding, white stucco, and wood-look siding accents, particularly on upper levels and circulation zones. The interiors offer four distinct neutral palettes, ranging from modern farmhouse to contemporary and traditional styles. Each scheme incorporates natural materials like wood, stone, brick, and bright accents to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The building uses Type IA and VA construction and is classified under R-2 and S-2 occupancy. Unit layouts include nine single-story 2 bed/2 bath condos, two two-story 2 bed/2 bath units, and one two-story penthouse.
