The Shops at 685 is a strip retail pad site adjacent to the Stone Hill Town Center located in Pflugerville, Texas. This Design Bid Build mixed-use project required “cold dark shell” spaces to accommodate assembly, Group A, Business, Group B, and Mercantile Group M occupancies. The design of the building was meant to flow with the architecture of the other buildings within Stone Hill and provide guest parking in addition to the center’s parking allotment.
