Sky Ranch Medical is a shell and core medical office building located in Caldwell, Idaho. Our team worked with FSONE Development and Stack Construction to create a space ready to support a variety of healthcare services. We provided full architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural design services for both the shell building and interior tenant improvements
The building is thoughtfully divided into five distinct tenant spaces, each tailored to meet the unique requirements of its occupants. Current tenants include an urgent care clinic, pharmacy, medical research center, podiatrist office, executive offices, and a yoga and spa center.
Classified as Group B (Business) occupancy, Sky Ranch Medical supports evolving medical and office uses. The project highlights our ability to create adaptable, multi-use spaces for healthcare and professional tenants.
