Near the town of Fairplay, EVstudio paired with Prospector and Fading West to design a unique collection of residences using modules from our standard plans library to support a variety of lifestyles in the South Park Valley of the Rocky Mountains.
The project developed three new modular master sets that were utilized on 21 different lots. These we designed using our base models and our bolt-on models as well as site built porches, garages and balconies that create some variation between units in exterior appearance and interior functionality.
The project started Design in March 2022, with early discussions about the unique modules and how to combine unique modules and garages.
Foundation Only Drawings were submitted July 2022 to allow foundations to be created and cured in the warmer summer months to be ready for modules that would be completed in the Winter.
Modular Permitting Drawings were submitted December 2022
The modules were produced starting February 2023 and completed in March 2023 (just 25 Days of Fabrication for 27 modules)
The site construction was completed by December 2023 (9 Months after Set)
