The White Barn in Happy Valley is an event venue in Nampa, Idaho. Our team helped transform this 6,500 square foot rustic barn into a fully code-compliant event venue specializing in weddings. We brought on a structural engineer to provide a structural analysis to verify the space could hold up to 225 occupants and that the roof structure could support a new fire suppression system. The architectural team advised and provided design solutions to ensure the venue met all applicable egress, life safety, and accessibility requirements.
