Abbey Lyon is a certified Interior Designer with dual degrees in Architecture and Interior Design. Over the past 20 years, Abbey has worked in various capacities for both residential and commercial architecture and interior design firms, including her own, taking projects from initial conceptual design to full finish, fixture, and furniture specifications. The majority of her work has been based in Commercial Interior Design with a focus in corporate office. As a result, she is well versed in the corporate Tenant Improvement design process, and has been a featured speaker on several past commercial real estate panel presentations in the Denver market. Her practical approach, meticulous eye for detail, and natural creativity bring a rare combination of innovation and practicality into her design solutions. Clients appreciate her open communication style and attentive focus on overall project goals and budgets.
A Colorado Native, Abbey spent 4 years studying and practicing design in the beautiful City of Savannah, Georgia, where she honed her love of combining historic architecture with modern design and conveniences. She loves visualizing and then detailing custom features in her projects; one of her past designs, a rotating display wall, won an ASID Colorado Crystal Award for “Best Custom Design Element.” Abbey recently moved to Boise from Denver with her husband and two children, ages 12 and 7, and is loving getting to know the local landscape in all its forms.
