Alex is an architect with a strong interest in attainable housing. His passion for creating attainable, affordable housing is based in personal experience of being closed out of the market and working to improve the future for the next generation stepping into that environment. He has worked with theoretical repetition in construction and works hard to bring that theory to the world, in hopes of controlling cost of design and construction, thus lowering costs for the end purchaser.
Alex graduated with his Bachelor of Science in 2021. While working heavily in the world of theory during college, he was also working on practical application via designing structures like commercial car washes and storage facilities. He strives to bring the logic of reasoning into his projects.
Alex was born in Texas but has spent most of his life in Colorado. As an architect’s son, he grew up working with his father on residential renovation and commercial architectural design. When he isn’t busy with design, he takes breaks by going on long drives to explore the natural environment or to take in new built environments and their design choices.
