Craig Sweney

Craig leads the civil engineering aspects of EVstudio’s Multi-Family and Commercial projects. He has over 10 years of civil engineering experience and a diverse background in construction, civil design, and project management. In his time as a consultant, Craig has served both private and public clients, delivering a wide variety of project types.

Craig began his career in land development, working mostly on subdivision projects and master planning before getting the chance to work on multi-family and commercial projects. He enjoyed the added flexibility, creativity and efficiency needed to make these types of projects and sites successful. Craig also spent several years designing and overseeing the construction of large municipal roadway projects. Through this experience as an on-site construction manager, he learned how important communication with project stakeholders is to overall project success. This path has given Craig a well-rounded background in site, grading, and utility design, as well as project management, which he leverages daily in his position at EVstudio.

Craig moved to Colorado in 2020 and is originally from Wisconsin. In his personal life, Craig represents Colorado well, loving all things outdoors. In his spare time, you can find Craig and his wife and son mountain biking or camping in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
