With over 10 years of civil engineering experience, Evan McDougle has worked on utility and roadway design, land development, and substation projects. He has also contributed to construction inspections, gas station designs, and an underground tunnel expansion.
Evan has mastered MicroStation and AutoCAD design, applying his expertise across diverse projects. His strong work ethic, clear communication, and positive attitude make him a valuable member of the EV Civil team. He consistently delivers high-quality results while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
Before marriage and fatherhood, Evan enjoyed competitive paintball, repairing his frequently broken school bus, and backpacking. In 18 years, he hopes to revisit these passions.
