PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Kyle Simpson is a Professional Engineer with EVstudio’s Structural Engineering team and is based in the Colorado Springs office. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and has five years of experience designing structural systems for a variety of project types.
Throughout his career, Kyle has contributed to residential, multifamily, and infrastructure projects, including dam structures. His experience across multiple project sectors has given him a strong understanding of structural design principles, coordination, and practical engineering solutions.
Kyle is passionate about delivering safe, efficient, and reliable structural designs while continuing to expand his technical expertise through a diverse range of projects.
PERSONAL:
A Colorado native, Kyle enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, and exploring the outdoors. His appreciation for nature began at a young age, and he originally aspired to become a wildlife biologist before pursuing engineering.
