Patrick is a licensed structural engineer who has a vast array of experiences. While he has designed structures for a variety of building types and materials, he also has plenty of field experience making him a practical engineer. He endeavors to integrate code requirements and engineering analysis. Including real-world and cost-effective solutions that both meet the architectural vision and are practical for the builder. He always keeps his mind open to new ideas and strives to evolve the industry.
Patrick’s structural engineering experience spans across almost all sectors. He has experience in residential custom homes, low and mid-rise multifamily projects with retail and parking garages, schools and parks, healthcare, offices, industrial, and hospitality. Whether engineering or in the field, Patrick has worked with a variety of structural systems. He often mixes structural systems to help achieve the goals of the owner, architect, and builder. His large engineering tool box and willingness to work with others makes him an excellent consultant.
