EVstudio has several large apartment complexes under construction, the most recent is a collaboration with the Southern Land Company, and is going up in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver over the coming months. A mixed-use project, the buildings will include just over 300 luxury apartments, as well as restaurant and retail space on the ground level.
Residents will have access to amenities such as a:

-Pool
To boot, the project is located at 18th & Central St, next to the award-winning Prost Brewing Company. Progress is sure; for now, our site still looks like this:
