Belle Meadow is a new rental community In North Carolina located in the amazing scenes of the Blue Ridge Mountains that is only five miles from downtown Asheville. This project consisted of a development partnership between Champion Homes and Quartz Properties.

Belle Meadow is a 90-unit build-to-rent community consisting of the state-of-the-art innovative modular construction. Belle Meadow is comprised of 30 single family homes and 30 duplexes averaging about 1,600 square feet.

Belle Meadow has a zero-security deposit program which further helps families afford housing. Without compromising on amenities that enhance residence lifestyle. Each home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which allows plenty of space for residence to grow a family. Additionally, Belle Meadow did not forget about our furry friends and all the homes are pet friendly dwellings. Plus, the community offers a playground and pet park that allows residence to not only to spend quality time indoors but outdoors as well. In addition, other amenities include:

Challenges With Innovative Solutions:
During COVID it cannot be overstated that everyone had to face challenges and one of these may challenges was the slowdown in new home construction and low interest rates that caused a bottleneck in the supply for buyers and renters. Belle Meadow is one of the first projects that was designed to meet the ever growing demand in housing needs. Using modern modular construction methods, and EVstudio providing industry leading designs and consultation, it allowed the homes to be built off-site while continuing site work which allowed the homes to be finished more quickly and efficiently.
Hurricane Helen
Belle meadow fortunately was among other Asheville communities that avoided major damage in the passing of Hurricane Helene. Champion Homes and Quartz Properties quickly provided urgent supplies to the community and employees and kept everyone safe. Hurricane Helen caused another spike in housing needs but together the team kept persevering and worked even harder than ever to stay on scheduled and finishing new homes at Belle Meadow.
