He’ll guide strategic expansion and lead the charge in attracting top-tier talent.
Industry Experience That Speaks for Itself
Mason brings a wealth of experience from the A/E/C industry.
He helped grow Galloway from 110 to over 350 employees.
At Atwell, he led recruiting across the Western U.S. and built a national college hiring program.
He also holds certifications in diversity, military transition, and tech-based recruiting.
Mason knows how to build great teams—and keep them growing.
A Personal Side Worth Knowing
Mason’s passions stretch far beyond the office.
He’s into soccer, sci-fi, retro video games, and Jeeping through the Rockies.
He grew up in a small peanut-farming town near Pensacola, Florida.
His favorite destination? Bologna, Italy—”The City of the Fat,” and proudly so.
If he could time travel, he’d land at the 1950 World Cup in Brazil.
