I had the opportunity to visit the Atwell Residence this morning and was pleased to find the project is nearing completion. The property is adjacent to beautiful Elk Meadows Park in Evergreen, has great views and is the first home in its development. Kenny Hicks owner of Pinnacle Construction is the general contractor and has been great to work with. EVstudio is currently working with another builder to design additional homes in this development.
