The Road to A-Basin
We kicked off the first Friday of May by winding through Colorado’s scenic mountain roads, headed for one of our favorite company traditions, Beach Day at Arapahoe Basin (A-Basin). The journey alone, with blue skies above and peaks rising in the distance, set the tone for an unforgettable day.

At Beach Spot #10, EVstudio teammates, clients, and families gathered to celebrate under the bright spring sun. Bluebird skies and fluffy white powder created the perfect mountain backdrop. Whether hitting the slopes or lounging slope-side, everyone found a way to soak in the day.
Meet the Grill Masters
This year, Roxanne Jacobson’s amazing kids stole the show at the grill. They kept the crowd fueled with hot dogs, burgers, and all the fixings—serving with smiles, style, and serious grill skills.
Connecting With Clients, Friends, and Family
We shared food and fresh air with familiar faces and new friends. It was especially meaningful to reconnect with Beau Breck of Ripple Creek Properties and Adam Sexton, former Executive Director of Denver Montclair International School, where we completed impactful work years ago. Spouses, kids, and friends joined in, making this more than a company event—it became a true family gathering.
A Tradition with Deep Roots
While Beach Day is now a formal EVstudio event, it all started with Dean Dalvit. As he puts it:
“Technically, we’ve always done a beach day since EV’s inception. But that was usually just me getting there early and throwing the party myself in the early days. I’ve been doing beach days personally since high school.”
That humble beginning—just one cooler and a love for spring skiing—has grown into a tradition that brings our team and clients together year after year.
Already Looking Forward to Next Year
There’s something powerful about stepping away from the office and sharing time together on the mountain. We swapped stories, built relationships, and celebrated the people who make EVstudio what it is.
This wasn’t just a day at the Beach—it was a reminder of why we do what we do, and who we do it with. We’re already counting down to the next one.
