One of the smaller houses EVstudio has designed is on it’s way to completion. The 1,200 sf Andrews residence in Golden is 400 sf on three stacking levels. Thanks to the dry winter, the framing is already complete and the roof, exterior siding, windows, and soffits are all being finished this week. The exterior stone will be put on during the next couple weeks.
The client is really happy with how it’s turning out, and tells us the house has been getting quite a few comments and stares from curious passerbys, all good feedback of course.
