This mixed use development is in Denver on Boulder Street. Aerial photos show the progress of this PT podium supporting 3 levels of wood framing.
Dominion Construction poured the concreate podium being poured for the latest Urban Green Development in Denver back in October.
The building is now fully framed and dried in, work on the interior drywall and MEP systems is currently underway. EVstudio provided structural and MEP engineering for this project.
