One of the greatest compliments we receive as a firm is when our existing employees tell their friends and former coworkers about us and they also choose to join the EVstudio team. I’ve jokingly referred to this as “chain migration” and its become a regular part of EVstudio.
A recent example of this is where we hired Roxanne last year from IBI Group as a project manager in our architecture team. She immediately became a contributor to the team. Then, at the end of 2017 we needed someone to manage our Revit and other standards and she recommended we hire Todd from IBI Group who has also become invaluable. In recent events, IBI Group decided to close their Denver office and our newest hire, Michael, immediately reached out to Todd and Roxanne about EVstudio.
