This week, remedial construction efforts commenced at the Homestead at Saddle Rock condos. Located just off of Arapahoe Road and E-470, these condo are situated adjacent to the Saddle Rock Golf Course. In an effort to mitigate the current drainage problem along the north side of several structures, the experts at Ground Masters Landscape Services, Inc. broke ground this week to ease the frustration for homeowners.
Insufficient drainage away from the structures is what led the HOA to contact EVstudio Civil Engineering. Two of the garage structures were taking on considerable seepage into along the north sides. With the new designs, the homeowners should find the revisions immediately effective and aesthetically pleasing with minimal disturbance to the existing landscaping grounds. Considering the very wet summer that the Denver has seen in 2011, these changes are all too appropriate.
