EVstudio was hired to produce full sets of structural plans for several Oakwood homes, including “The Avon” house located in Aurora, Colorado.
“The Avon” is a 2-story ranch house located in the Tollgate Crossing community. The house is 2,645 square feet, includes 4-6 bedrooms, 2.5-4.5 bathrooms, and various customizable options. Customizable options include multiple kitchen layouts, fireplace options, additional rooms (such as a study, and additional bedrooms and bathrooms), and various exterior elevations.
