EVstudio was hired to produce full sets of structural plans for several Oakwood Homes, including “The Evergreen” house located in Aurora, Colorado.
“The Evergreen” is a 2-story ranch house located in the Tollgate Crossing community. The house is 3200 square feet, includes 4-6 bedrooms, 2.5-4.5 bathrooms, and various customizable options. Customizable options include 2 or 3-car garages, window packages, additional rooms (such as a den, and additional bedrooms and bathrooms), and various exterior elevations.
