I spoke with a couple of our clients this week, both of whom constructed for sale speculative duplexes in Denver. The duplex on Logan has closed one side and the other is under contract. The duplex by Sloan’s Lake isn’t complete but they already have a contract on one of the sides.
We’re very happy to be a part of these projects and to see them succeed in a market that can be challenging. It is very important in a speculative real estate investment to create a quality design and floor plan that is appealling to likely buyers.
