The Annual Housing Colorado Conference

Each year, the Housing Colorado Annual Conference brings together professionals from across the housing spectrum. This event is the state’s premier gathering for affordable housing developers, policymakers, and advocates. Attendees share new ideas, explore industry trends, and collaborate on solutions to Colorado’s most pressing housing challenges.

EVstudio’s Continued Partnership and Leadership

EVstudio has proudly participated in Housing Colorado conferences since 2009. Over the years, the firm has supported the event through presentations and active collaboration with other housing professionals.

At the 2024 and 2025 conferences, EVstudio presented on innovative approaches to affordable housing design and delivery. Presentations covered topics such as providing missing middle housing through offsite construction and the adaptive re-use of a vacant office building to create 218 LIHTC-funded affordable units.

Through these presentations, EVstudio shared real-world examples of how integrated architecture and engineering can help solve Colorado’s housing crisis.
