EVstudio has had the pleasure of working on an number of Jefferson County Grading Permit and Notice of Intent (NOI) applications this year. We can handle the land surveying, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural services, MEP, etc— all in-house. What this translates to from the builder and/or owner’s side of things is time savings, cost savings, and at the end of the day, a cohesive project that has seamless communication from the design team from beginning to end. With winter approaching (okay, maybe it is already here depending on your location!), saving a client time/effort on the pre-construction side of things can really off-set the additional efforts required for winter construction.
