We’ve recently signed up a couple of great new projects that we’re very excited about.
The first is a highly sustainable modern production home that we’re considering for modular construction. It is planned to be a compact floor plan that will be relatively affordable for buyers. This project combines several of our areas of emphasis including LEED, affordability, strong design and functional planning.
The other project is a ground-up mixed-use project with a restaurant and a living unit at Yosemite and Colfax. It is in the main street zoning and should be a great project on a tight budget that will act as a further catalyst for a redeveloping portion of Denver and Aurora.
