Those of you who regularly follow our blog, you’ve seen me post a couple of times about the Denver neighborhood of Platt Park North (TRI Pointe Homes-Platt Park North and Platt Park North Footing Inspection). I received exciting news last night that TRI Pointe’s work in this neighborhood has received the National Association of Home Builders’ award for Best Architectural Design of a Single Family Home between 2,000 to 2,499 Square Feet! This is an exciting win for TRI Pointe, and the EVstudio structural team is elated to have a hand in such a wonderful project!
